Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Tradelink Affiliate Program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Program Overview

The Tradelink Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to Tradelink. Commissions are paid on qualifying purchases made by referred customers using your unique affiliate link.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission rate of thirty percent (30%) on qualifying sales. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount after any discounts, refunds, or chargebacks.

3. Qualifying Products

Commissions are paid exclusively on Tradelink membership subscriptions:

• Monthly Plan: $19.99 per 28 days
• Annual Plan: $149.99 per year

Commissions apply to both initial purchases and subscription renewals for as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.

The following revenue streams are excluded from the affiliate commission structure:

• Advertising revenue generated through the platform
• Broker or proprietary trading firm signup commissions or bonuses
• Mentorship programs, courses, or educational upsells
• Premium features, add-ons, or services introduced after initial signup
• Partner program revenue or referral bonuses
• Any other revenue not directly tied to membership fees

This commission structure reflects standard industry practice for subscription-based affiliate programs, where commissions are tied to the core product offering rather than ancillary revenue streams.

4. Payment Processing

All affiliate commission payments are processed and distributed by our third-party payment processor:

By participating in the Tradelink Affiliate Program, you agree to Whop Inc's terms of service and authorize them to process commission payments on your behalf. Tradelink is not responsible for payment processing delays, errors, or disputes arising from Whop Inc's services.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payments are processed according to Whop Inc's standard payout schedule. Payments are typically issued on a monthly basis, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum payout threshold must be met as defined by Whop Inc
• Your Whop account must be in good standing with valid payment information
• A holding period may apply to new referrals to account for potential refunds or chargebacks

6. Referral Attribution

Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. Attribution is determined by cookies and tracking parameters set when a potential customer clicks your link. Standard attribution windows apply as defined by the Whop platform.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending or future payouts. This includes:

• Full refunds within the refund policy window
• Partial refunds or credits
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Fraudulent transactions

8. Promotional Guidelines

You agree to promote Tradelink in an honest, accurate, and professional manner. You must:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws
• Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Tradelink or its services
• Not imply endorsement by or affiliation with any third party without authorization
• Not use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to drive referrals
• Not bid on Tradelink's trademarks or brand terms in paid advertising without prior written approval
• Not create websites or content that could be confused with official Tradelink properties

9. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you own or control
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or artificial traffic generation
• Incentivizing clicks or signups through cash rewards, contests, or similar schemes without disclosure
• Using malware, browser extensions, or deceptive software to inject affiliate codes
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Tradelink as an employee, partner, or agent
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Tradelink's name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Tradelink as an affiliate. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Term and Termination

Your participation in the Affiliate Program begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, you will receive any unpaid commissions for valid referrals made prior to termination, less any applicable deductions for refunds or chargebacks.

12. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, qualifying products, and program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard with reasonable advance notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADELINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, INCLUDING LOST COMMISSIONS, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradelink, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your promotional activities, violation of these Affiliate Terms, or violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Independent Contractor

Your participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

16. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Affiliate Terms, together with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradelink regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program.
